These easy blueberry yogurt clusters are a healthy frozen snack made with wild blueberries, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and a crisp chocolate shell. Perfect for toddlers, kids, and adults as a simple make-ahead freezer treat.
1 Line a tray or large plate with parchment paper.
2 In a medium bowl, mix together the frozen wild blueberries, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup until evenly combined.
3 Scoop small clusters onto the lined tray using a spoon or cookie scoop. You can make mini toddler-sized bites or larger snack-sized clusters.
4 Freeze for 1 hour, or until the clusters are firm.
5 Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each round until smooth.
6 Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate or drizzle the chocolate over the tops.
9 Work quickly here. The clusters softens fast so dip so scoop and return back to the freezer quickly.
7 Return clusters to the tray and freeze for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the chocolate shell hardens.
8 Enjoy straight from the freezer or store for later.
