Fudgy Red Velvet Brownies

0 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
1 In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix until combined. Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the vanilla extract and food coloring.
2 Sift the flour, cocoa powder and sea salt into the same bowl. Fold with a spatula until everything is combined and the batter is smooth. 
3 Roughly chop a chocolate bar or you can use chocolate chips. Add the chocolate to the batter. 
4 Pour the batter into the lined baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set. 
5 Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely before slicing. 
6 If you are adding the cream cheese icing, make sure to allow the brownie to cool completely before. 
Cream Cheese Frosting
8 Add softened cream cheese and butter to a bowl and beat until smooth using a stand mixer or hand mixer. 
9 Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and salt and continue to beat until smooth and creamy.
10 Finally, spread it on top of your cooled brownies.
