Homemade strawberry popsicles are an easy, sweet, creamy frozen treat for toddlers, kids, and adults alike! Made with just 5 ingredients, this cold dessert is simple, nutritious, and the perfect treat for summer.
4 Wash the strawberries and remove the stems (hulls). You can also use frozen strawberries. If you want to add strawberry chunks to the popsicles, finely dice a few strawberries and set aside.
0 In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, yogurt, milk, banana and chia seeds if using. Blend the ingredients until smooth. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if desired.
1 Carefully pour or spoon the strawberry yogurt mixture into the popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Add the strawberry chunks (if using) and gently mix them in.
5 Gently tap the molds on the counter to remove any air bubbles and ensure the mixture settles evenly.
6 Place the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. Make sure they are inserted straight and positioned in the middle of the mixture. If your popsicle molds come with lids, attach them securely.
2 Place the filled popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid. For best results, freeze overnight.
