Blend the Liquid Ingredients
1 In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Mix the Oats with Liquid
3 In a medium-sized bowl or a jar that you'll be using to store your overnight oats, add the rolled oats, pinch of salt and chia seeds (if using). Pour the blended strawberry mixture over the oats and chia seeds. Stir well to ensure that the oats are fully submerged and evenly distributed.
Refrigerate Overnight
5 Place it in the refrigerator and let the mixture soak for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
Serve with Toppings
7 The next morning, give your oats a good stir. If the mixture seems too thick, you can adjust the consistency by adding a little more milk until you reach your desired thickness. Serve your overnight oats cold, topped with additional fresh sliced strawberries, a sprinkle of granola, a dollop of nut butter, or any other toppings you love.
